Beef Steak

Beefsteak with Kambiz pomegranate sauce recipe for two:
Kambiz pomegranate sauce
800 g beaf sirloin
1.2 cup olive oil
4 Kiwi
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
3 bell pepper
200 g mushrooms
2 tomatoes
1 zucchini

Beef Steak Marinade:
First put the #steak on the chopping board and hammer the steak with the back of a big kitchen knife or a beef hammer. Then, season the meat with chopped onions and garlic, smashed kiwi, salt, pepper, and olive oil, and then put it in a closed lid container and keep it in the fridge for two hours.
We recommend you to add grilled vegetables and Kambiz pomegranate sauce to your steak.
Mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, and tomato are very good for your health. Season these vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper and thread the vegetables on the wooden skewers, and place them on the baking tray. (Grease the tin using olive oil and preheat the over half an hour before preparing the steak). Take out the steaks from the refrigerator and place them on the tin. Put the tin in the oven four half an hour on medium heat.
